I am the person who like listen to others, that two heads are better one concept. I believe that rules and regulation setted strictly is not the way to lead a business and a team. My vision of leadership is to become a successful laissez-faire leader. That is combination needed to become a better leader. Laissez-faire Leadership, Transactional Leadership, Coaching Leadership, Charismatic Leadership, Visionary Leadership (Casimir, 2001).
